Unable To Login To My Account Previously Used For Host One Free

Hi,

 

On July 3 i received a mail from Haphost to my email account registered with Host One Free that "Host One Free changes to Haphost". Now, i am unable to login to Haphost using my Host One Free account credentials. Kindly help.

Are you sure that the account credentials are correct? Tried retrieving password using 'Frogot password' button?

Hi Kunal,

Thanks for the reply. I tried but it does not work. Clicking on ''Forgot password" link throws an invalid email message.

Then your account somehow didn't got migrated. Create a new account with the same E-Mail-Address again.

Before i proceed with creating the new account can you please confirm if the existing details will reflect in the new account with the same Email-Address?

Hi, if you received the mail on 3th July, maybe your account was removed due to inactivity. Check your mail for the messages "Haphost free VPS renewal notification". If you didn't renewed it, your VPS was removed and you have to wait for the registration open and just register a new one.

Check your inbox or spam folder, did you receive mail like this?
