For us to determine the latest issues regarding our shared hosting service, we will need to clear out the existing tickets for our shared hosting service.

It is recommended that the users provide with as much information regarding the issues that they are encountering.

Information such as procedures to reproduce the error, error message, etc.

This would help us assess/troubleshoot the error and have us fix it much faster.
