It shows that you have never used the bandwidth quota, not a network problem.

Your VPS probably has been renewed. The bandwidth statistics will be reset at the same time the renewed time begins or at the beginning of a new month.

Your virtual console is a SSH connection to your server. Try to subtitute to root, can you?

$ su -

If your server is down, or there is a network problem, try to ping and trace route to your VPS IP.

For instance (on Windows command prompt):

ping 123.234.45.67 ----> replace those numbers with your IP

tracert 123.234.45.67 ---> this too

If you can login to your virtual console, then there is no problem with it.

Try to ping google from your VPS. I have no problem with my VPS, IP and network connection (I just started my VPS only to know if there is any connection error on Haphost)

ping google.com -c4

When did you take that screenshot? Would you mind if I test your VPS?

If you can connect to console, then it should be nothing with network connection.

By the way, have you tried to ping your own VPS IP?

check your servers dns settings - it seems to be a dns problem

thats why for example ping 8.8.8.8 will do the job correctly but ping google-public-dns-a.google.com not

You can complain here. I am pretty sure that there is no problems with Haphost's connection

What name servers are set in "/etc/resolv.conf"?
If there's nothing set, set the following:

nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4

I'd love to help people who like to get helped. Your answers show me that you DON'T NEED any help.

Look at my previous posts. If you are able to login to your SSH, there should be no problem with the network. Re-install OS caused the problem? I don't think so. Look at my history of re-installing OS below.

Even I failed to ping your IP from here, doesn't mean that the network is down.
