You have to buy a domain name on your own and point it to the IP address of your VPS.

Depends on what domain you are using. You can follow these steps if you are using .tk, .ml, or any TLD operated by Freenom.

registration domain in freenome or dot tk and use cloudflare to make multiple subdomains with a record, like server.example.tk

Google blocking freenome. I recommended noip, because I use many hosts from noip, and I happy  :)
