We're currently open to new staff intake, mainly moderators, for moderation and handling our support department too.
Note that it's a volunteer job opportunity and further discussion will be possible upon performance given. Once selected you'll enter a trial for a period of time, then depending on your performance, enter the moderation team.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Experience handling support for VPS and Dedicated Server and web hosting
Good customer service skills
Communicate recurring issues to management.
Ability to work with a team and show cooperation
Proper written English
Experience with OpenVZ environments.
Ability to find resolutions to issues before escalating directly to senior sys admins.
**We use Skype for communicating
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing technical support via our support desk section.
Moderation of the forum.
Monitoring the servers via our tools and thus take actions when needed or where issues arise.
Escalation of issues that needs higher intervention to higher support team.
