update 16.Sep: I have raised the vote to 2 stars, hope after transition period and all settles you will have less support work to do so response more wuickly to issues.

Unfortunately, I have voted last poll option, which means it needs big improvements. For weeks nobody from HapHost answered my clear question and yesterday I posted an issue about eXtplorer with no reply at all. Today I am actually facing a real issue with my website and 503 error (stats show that I am below limits) - and what is the point of asking and presenting a problem? When I know nobody will answer.
I also contacted you from a main site contact form about some privacy issues which you have exposed and no one sent me a reception mail, even automated one, so I don't know if it was received and if anyone will read it at all.
I like HH for many features and really am grateful - until a member have a problem. Then you are practically on your own. :-(
I hope it can be improved and better organised, so the members with issues don't be left alone.
