Good Day!

Due to the recent upgrade of our servers, SQL users needs to be recreated to be compatible with the new software installed on the machine.

If you are receiving sql errors for your account, Please do one of the following procedures:

A. Reassign User to Database
1. Log into your account.
2. Go to SQL Management.
3. Click on your database.
4. Delete the user on the database.
5. Click on Create New Database User.
6. Input your credentials and click create.

NOTE: Only perform the procedure below if procedure A doesn't work.

B. Recreate Database
1. Log into your account.
2. Go to SQL Management.
3. Download a backup of your database.
4. After completing the download, Delete your current database from the server.
5. Create a new database and upload your backup to the server.

After doing that, your SQL connection should be up.
